All flyers who plan to take flight at SkyDrenaline Zone MUST complete the Statement of Risk (Waiver), a legal contract between the flyer and SkyDrenaline Zone. Said contract ensures that all flyers clearly understand the nature of the sport of Human BodyFlight as well as all the risks involved. All information provided on the Statement of Risk form are strictly protected and used only for the purpose of information all flyers of the risks involved. No information will be disclosed without the permission of the customers.

Because this Statement of Risk, is for practical purposes a legal contract, it must be completed accurately by the flyer or parent/legal guardian as it applies. A passport, or valid Identification (ID) is required when completing the form. Customers must provide these information as we must also retain them for our records only. Anyone concerned about supplying such information for any reason is highly encouraged to discuss this with SkyDrenaline Zone prior to making any purchase or reservation. Refusal to complete or inaccurate information provided on the Statement of Risk will result in the inability to participate and forfeiture of any flight purchases, which are non-refundable.

All Flyers must bring appropriate identification in order to validate their Statement of Risk. Children under the age of 18 must have their parents or legal guardian sign the SR.


All customers are solely responsible to retain all information related to Credit on Account (including Gift Certificates or Flight Cards, Flight Passes) and /or the associated serial numbers applicable. Please treat these items as if they were cash. Lost items and/or serial numbers cannot be replaced or redeemed.

Customers is responsible for the use of their personal information in Terms of setting, changing, or cancelling reservations. Customers are advised to protect and safeguard any computer login information, passwords, gift certificates, gift certificate codes, or any other identifier that is linked to their customer account and/or reservations. Use of any of the information in order to change or book, or cancel reservations by the customer or any other person, is the responsibility of the customer.


Purchases of flight time, gift cards/certificates/passes for flight time, and digital recordings of flights are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Terms of a particular offer. No flight refunds if customer cancels after 5pm prior to their scheduled flight time. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be assessed if made within 24 hours prior to scheduled flight time. Unopened merchandise, i.e. caps, mugs, T-shirts, etc. in new condition may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase. Special order items, i.e. video, DigiPics (digital photos) are non-refundable. Refunds of credit/debit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit/debit card. Cash purchases will be refunded by check via US mail within 15 days of the return.


Anyone as young as three years of age without any serious ailments or injuries that would preclude one from flying. If one has a cast on, this is any automatic disqualifier. One must not exceed 250 pounds in order to fly. Children under the age of 18 years, need to have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver or statement of risk. If one has a prior shoulder injury or back or neck problems you should not fly. If you are pregnant, you will not be permitted to fly. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.


Your reservations time when you book your flight will be your scheduled flight time. It is very important that you arrive not later than 45 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time to ensure you receive all the proper safety briefs and flight instructions. If you are a first time flyer, you must arrive 45 minutes prior in order complete all the necessary paperwork, sign the statement of risk (waiver) and attend the training sessions. Return flyer can arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled flight times.

Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancelled Reservations many only be rescheduled under the same Terms as the original reservation’s pricing and my require the payment of administrative fee. Customers with repeated cancellations or no-shows may lose flight privileges.

SkyDrenaline Zone and SOFInTek Inc. will not be held responsible for missed reservations as a result of extenuating circumstances, such as taffic, weather, or any other reason outside of the control of SkyDrenaline Zone.


It will be our policy to ensure we have a safe and enjoyable amusement attraction. Our goal is to honor all reservations. However, like all mechanical systems, there may be some unexpected maintenance requirement that arises. Reservations cancelled by SkyDrenaline Zone may be refunded or rescheduled based on availability and our customers’ preference. Rescheduling of your flight reservations cancelled by SkyDrenaline Zone may or may not be available at the price rates or schedules that are compatible with the customers’ schedule. SkyDrenaline Zone will ensure it makes every effort to reschedule under the same Terms and conditions wherever possible.


SkyDrenaline Zone will offer DVD recordings of your flight experience in the wind tunnel. SkyDrenaline Zone will make every effort to produce a quality product that will be compatible with most DVD playback equipment. Since there are many variations of DVD media and playback equipment, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every customers’ equipment. If you experience problems with your DVD, please bring it back to our location so that we may determine whether the DVD is defective. If you are able to return your DVD soon after discovering that you cannot play it, we may be able to replace your DVD. SkyDrenaline Zone may only be able to provide refunds when the DVD is physically undamaged and does not play on its own equipment.


Our goal is to ensure safety for all our customers, staff and instructors at all times whenever one enters SkyDrenaline Zone. All personal items cannot remain on flyers whenever entering the windtunnel, therefore lockers are provided for your use. All coins, jewelry, bags, wallets, cell phones, etc. must be secured. Items dropped while in the wind tunnel can become a safety hazard. SkyDrenaline Zone provides these lockers for your convenience, however, we will not be responsible for your items that may be lost, stolen or missing. SkyDrenaline Zone and SOFInTek Inc. will not be responsible for the loss or theft of any items on the premises. We encourage our customers to leave all valuable items at home or with a trusted spectator during your flight sessions.



Protecting our visitors’ private information when booking through our website is an absolute priority for SOFInTek Inc. dba SkyDrenaline Zone. This Statement of Privacy applies to the www.skydrenalinezone.com and SOFInTek Inc. and governs data collection and usage. By using the SkyDrenaline Zone website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.


SkyDrenaline Zone, through a reservation system service provider, may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase products from the SkyDrenaline Zone website, it will be necessary to provide billing and credit card information, however, such information may be stored through third parties specialized in secure encryption storage services. These types of information are necessary in order to complete purchase transactions and ensure the protection of private information data.
